Price estimates are provided on a best endeavors basis only and, unless a fixed price quotation has been provided to the customer, work will be charged based upon the price of parts provided by JBR Buildings. Images shown are for illustrative purposes only and the product may vary. The pricing figure detailed within different packages is an estimate, not a quote. It is based on the information provided, and may be inappropriate if additional information is forthcoming, or specifications change. JBR will erect the SIP structure only, and packages will be supplied on a material only basis. Building Labour & groundworks, and any item or works not stated within our specified packages is not included. All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel prices and/or unforeseen economic circumstances. JBR Buildings can only be held liable for the extent of works carried out by JBR Buildings. No liability shall be accepted in respect of installations, construction work or parts not manufactured and supplied by JBR Buildings or damage to the SIP structure as a result of defects caused by other contractors. JBR Buildings shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to property, materials or injuries to individuals caused by the personal actions of the customer or other household members or guests before, during or after such works have been carried out. Additional work or price variations will be charged if the job becomes more complicated than anticipated or a client changes their requirements.
